Mrs. Kathleen Bress joined the Clayton Place team as the new Program Director on November 1, 2011. Mrs. Bress has worked in the social service field for more than 30 years and has held a variety of roles, most recently serving as the Program Manager for the Teen Choice Program at Buena Regional High School since 1999. Teen Choice is a teen pregnancy prevention program. Mrs. Bress has also worked at Kennedy Hospital and the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services. Mrs. Bress will serve as the supervisor and grant coordinator within the Clayton Place School Based Youth Service Program, as well as the Micro-Society After-School Club at Herma Simmons Elementary School.
Alexis Kilduff, MA, LAC
Ms. Alexis Kilduff joined the team in November 2009 and is eager to begin her forth school year with Clayton Place. Ms. Kilduff is a graduate of Boston University School of Medicine where she completed her Master of Arts Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine. A Rutgers University alumni and South Jersey native, Ms. Kilduff has worked with youth in the inner-city Boston Public School District and brings a wide array of experiences to the School Based Youth Service Program at Clayton HS/MS. Ms. Kilduff currently runs the Girl’s Group, Baking Club and also counsels students and their families.
Peg Fallstick, CSW, LPC
Mrs. Peg Fallstick has worked with the Clayton Place School Based Youth Service Program since February 2009 and brings with her more than twenty years of experience in working with children, teens, and families. Earning her Masters Degree in Education from Asbury Theological Seminary, Peg has held New Jersey certifications as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Social Worker for over ten years and truly enjoys the work she does with youth and their families. In addition to working with students and families in the counseling role, Mrs. Fallstick also runs the Anger Mangement Groups and Relationshp Skills Groups. She is married and has an 11 year old daughter, two grown step children and 7 grandchildren and a newborn great-grandchild. In her free time, Peg enjoys music, reading, cooking and doing arts & crafts.
Wayne Copeland, MSW
Mr. Wayne Copeland rejoined Clayton Place on October 1, 2018. Mr. Copeland was a prior Staff Member/Director for 15 years and has worked in Social Services/Education for over 24 years. Mr. Copeland is a graduate of Earlham College (BA) and Temple University (MSW). He will serve as the Youth Development Specialist. Mr. Copeland has vast experience working with youth involving Teaching, Coaching and Prevention Specialist. Presently Mr. Copeland runs a Teen Talk Group for middle school students and is heavily involved in both CHS/MS Girls Basketball Program and Clayton Recreation Commission. A resident of Clayton for 16 years.
