HS Principal Letter containing April 12 Return to School Information

High School Parents & Students,

As previously communicated by Mr. Koutsogiannis, we are returning to a five-day-per-week in-person instruction schedule. Starting Monday April 12th, we will be collapsing our cohorts and starting daily in-person instruction. Students attending in-person learning must continue to wear face coverings. In addition, in classes where social distancing may be difficult, desk shields will be provided. For parents who do not wish to send their children to school five days a week, the cyber school remote option will remain a choice. Please reach out to me at to make a schedule change. All schedule changes must be requested by Friday, April 16th.

As a reminder:

• Students in GRADES 9-12 will arrive at school NO EARLIER THAN 7:25 a.m. and, if arriving on buses, students are to remain on the buses until administrators give the “ALL- CLEAR” at approximately 7:25 a.m. to enter the building and report directly to their classroom for that day.

• All students attending in-person learning must continue to fill out the AT Genius questionnaire before arriving.

• Lunch/Breakfast will be a “grab and go” lunch bag at dismissal every day.

• Cyber school students will be able to pick up Breakfast/Lunch on Mondays and Thursdays from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the HS/MS Cafe.

You may contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you and stay safe.

With Clipper Pride

Joseph Visalli
High School Principal
