Important Message from the Superintendent (4/27/2021)

Dear Clayton School Community: Earlier this morning, at approximately 9:15 a.m., out of an abundance of caution, Clayton High School/Middle School was placed on a lockdown by the Middle School administration. The call for the lockdown was due to a student threatening another student. The student had trespassed on school property and will be charged accordingly by the authorities. The student was escorted off campus, and no weapons were discovered. At no time were students in any immediate danger. I want to thank the quick response of the school administration and the Clayton Police Department. As part of our on-going process, we will continue to be vigilant in reviewing our safety protocol procedures. As always, thank you for your support.
